Due to a major acquisition, our client has doubled in size, creating a highly skilled and motivated team with diverse expertise across property sectors and risk-return profiles. ?

The HR Business Partner role reports into the Head of HR and supports the Investment Management Group (Listed & Unlisted Funds, Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, IT, Corporate Finance). ?Previous experience working in a small to medium sized organisation experiencing growth with demonstrated skills in developing and implementing best practice Human Resource policies, systems and processes will be highly regarded.

Flexibility and agility is key. ?The need to demonstrate a sense of urgency and be commercially/analytically focused will be required to support and influence a culture that is passionate, dynamic and fast moving.

There will be a strong operational focus to ensure that the correct policies and practices are being adhered to across all HR generalist disciplines including recruitment, performance management, remuneration & benefits, employee relations and induction.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

- ideally worked within SME organisations experiencing substantial growth;
- strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- commercial/business acumen and demonstrated ability to influence through metrics;
- Resilience, sense of urgency, consulting style.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
