Emma Stone Drives a Little White Corvette

After playing a revolutionary author in the 60s and soon-to-be femme fatale amid a gangster-swelling Los Angeles in the 1950s, Emma Stone is looking to round out her time line.

The actress will star in the 70s-set 'Little White Corvette,' a project written by Michael Diliberti that Stone had been eyeing for quite some time. The film imagines a new sort of role for her: she'll play the wild half of mismatched siblings who to travel Miami hoping to sell their newly-departed father's cocaine stash. (Only in the 70s!)

Coming off the heels of a very busy year (where she appeared in 'The Help,' 'Friends With Benefits' and 'Crazy Stupid Love'), 2012 will be even busier. Stone recently wrapped shooting on 'The Amazing Spider-Man' alongside newly minted web-slinger Andrew Garfield, which is due out in July; and she'll star opposite Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn and Josh Brolin in the aforementioned 50s-set gangster epic, 'Gangster Squad.'
